If version 13.00 or higher is not available for your product, download this patch for the HP Solution Center [direct download link]- ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software10/COL30471/oj-75535-2/dot4patch_reboot.exe . That should solve your problem. You will be able to print, scan or copy anything else you need to again!"
