LaCrosse tech support for their weather station.

Four more emails to tech support at LaCrosse go unanswered. They do not reply regarding my continued problem with their wind direction and speed indicator - which is a major component of their system.
I would not recommend them for any weather related kits OR for fast, courteous, relevant and helpful support.
