TurboTax offers free Twitter help during tax season: "Taxpayers can now tweet their questions for quick responses to new TurboTax Twitter team. A group of tax, tech and product experts will offer free answers to help ease the stress of the tax season.

Twitter users can follow @TeamTurboTax -- the team is available to answer product questions, troubleshoot problems, and resolve customer service issues."
